OneCloud
Multicloud FinOps

Many clouds, one bill.
One close.

Normalize multicloud billing against the FOCUS 1.2 spec, and explain every move by org, project, service, or tag — with line-item evidence.

Cost analysis

Cost Explorer

Slice cost by org, project, service, tag, region, or environment. Compare Actual, Amortized, and Effective lenses on one screen.

  • FOCUS 1.2-normalized line items
  • Allocation rule builder for untagged spend
Cost analysis

Reports

Auto-organized chargeback reports by team, product, or cost center — ready for month-end close.

  • Monthly PDF / share link
  • Commitment coverage and tag compliance tracking
Cost analysis

Forecast

7/30-day, month-end, and quarterly forecasts combining AWS Cost Forecast and Azure Forecast API — with confidence bands and assumptions.

  • Roll-forward of remaining days
  • Budget vs. forecast with overrun alerts

Anomaly detection

Combine AWS Cost Anomaly Detection with our rules engine (thresholds, growth, new services) so only the real spikes page you.

  • Weekday/weekend and monthly seasonality learned automatically
  • Line-item evidence attached
Cloud

Connections

AWS connects via AssumeRole and GCP via Workload Identity Federation — no credential ever lands in our database. Azure / NCP / Vultr only support key-based auth, so we encrypt the key at rest and rotate it automatically.

  • Terraform · CloudFormation · console guide
  • Permission diagnostics and rotation alerts
Ops

Alerts

Route budget overruns, growth rates, anomalies, and AWS Budgets / GCP Pub/Sub events into Slack, email, Webhook, PagerDuty, and Teams.

  • Per-rule channel routing
  • Weekly and monthly digests

Audit log & API log

Every user action and API call is recorded — submit directly to ISMS-P, internal, or external audits.

How it works

From least-privilege connect
to your first cost waterfall in 5 minutes.

OneCloud works at the line-item level. We do not install SDKs or intercept traffic — we only connect to each CSP’s official billing Export / API.

  1. 01

Issue an external ID from “New connection”

Create a new connection in the OneCloud console and receive the per-cloud external ID and provisioning guide.

  2. 02

Provision an IAM Role / Service Principal

Use CloudFormation, Terraform, or the console click-through — least-privilege only.

  3. 03

Enable Cost & Usage Report / FOCUS Export

Turn on each cloud’s official billing export. Line-item ingestion starts and your first dashboard lands within 6–24 hours.

  4. 04

    Normalize, analyze, alert

Raw → FOCUS 1.2 normalization → daily aggregates. Cost Explorer, Forecast, Anomaly Detection, and Alerts run on the same data.

Cost waterfall

List → Commit → Credit → Effective.
See exactly where each discount lands.

Trace Savings Plans, RIs, Sustained-use, Committed-use, Spot, and credits down to the line item. Defend “how much we actually saved” with evidence, not estimates.

  • Compare Actual, Amortized, and Effective lenses side by side
  • Simulate commitment expirations and renewals
  • Export normalized line items into BigQuery, Snowflake, or S3

Contact our team →
  • What data does OneCloud collect?
Only official billing and usage data — AWS CUR/FOCUS Export, Azure Cost Management Exports, GCP BigQuery Billing Export, and the Naver Cloud / Vultr billing APIs. We never access in-instance data or application logs.
  • Do I need to install an SDK or change my code?
No. OneCloud does not provide an SDK. We work at the line-item level of official billing exports / APIs. Your application code, infrastructure code, and traffic are not touched at all.
  • How is this different from AWS Cost Explorer or Azure Cost Management?
OneCloud normalizes multicloud spend against the FOCUS 1.2 spec so you can compare every cloud on one screen. Commitments, credits, and FX are treated in the same units, and AWS, Azure, GCP, NCP, and Vultr share the same grouping and the same allocation rules.
  • How is security handled when connecting?
AWS uses external-ID AssumeRole and GCP uses Workload Identity Federation, so no credential ever sits in our database. Azure / NCP / Vultr only expose key-based auth, so we encrypt the key at rest and rotate it automatically. ISMS-P and GDPR are supported.
  • Is Starter really free?
Yes. Up to 3 cloud accounts, Cost Explorer, forecast, anomaly detection, alerts, and 6 months of data retention — every Starter feature is free forever. No credit card required.
