1. Acceptance of Terms
By using OneCloud, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Service
OneCloud provides a FinOps platform that ingests, normalizes, and analyzes cost and usage data from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Naver Cloud, and Vultr. The service may change or be discontinued without prior notice due to technical constraints or policy changes.
3. User Obligations
You must use the service for lawful and legitimate purposes only and must not infringe on the rights of others or interfere with normal operation of the service.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to OneCloud belongs to NBase Corp. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OneCloud limits its liability for direct and indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated as needed, and any updates will be communicated via in-service notice.
