How to get started

1. Sign up on the dashboard — create an organization in under a minute with email or OAuth
2. Issue an external ID from “New connection” and provision an IAM role via CloudFormation, Terraform, or the console guide (~5 min)
3. Enable Cost & Usage Report or FOCUS Export, then watch the first cost waterfall populate (6–24h)
